Navigating complex environments

I am engaged for assignments that require strategic weight, sharp analysis and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes where expectations are high.

Whether the task involves negotiation, reform or long-term collaboration, my focus is always the same — to deliver solutions that endure and create real impact.

  • Largest single payout to music rightsholders in Sweden's history – held the strategic negotiation mandate in the process that resulted in the largest collective payout in Swedish music history, by aligning parties with conflicting interests around a common strategy.

  • Strategic coordination in complex stakeholder environments – brought music organisations together around a shared negotiation framework and played a central role in decisive negotiations with other rightsholder groups.
  • Strategic advisory for international joint venture – led stakeholder interviews and strategic analysis for a globally owned venture, contributing to a sustainable long-term governance model for rights data and royalty flows.

  • Large-scale reform work – acted as senior strategic advisor to the project leadership within one of the world's largest collective management organisations, with responsibility for stakeholder alignment, strategic communication and positioning of the reform agenda at executive level.
  • Global sector strategy for music in games and film – responsible for global analysis and strategic advisory on licensing models and cooperation frameworks.
  • Cultural fund reform – resolved a long-standing structural lock-in around musical diversity through structured dialogue and stakeholder anchoring, enabling new funding and support models.

My strength lies in quickly seeing the underlying patterns in complex situations, identifying the decisive knots and helping all parties move in the same direction — even when conditions are at their most challenging.

When interests collide, I create direction.

Difficult decisions become actionable — and sustainable.
