I have more than twenty years of experience leading negotiations and transformation processes in complex organisations — from international media companies to Nordic collective management societies. When I founded Diwin Consulting in 2019, the aim was clear: to combine strategic analysis with practical execution.
Over the years, I have led reforms and negotiations in environments where special interests collide and where compromises are a necessity for achieving lasting results. This has taught me to balance creativity with commercial strength — but also to recognise that trust is often the most important condition for moving forward.
Since starting Diwin Consulting in 2019, I have been continuously engaged — often through long-term or recurring assignments. I am grateful for that, and I now wish to broaden my work into new sectors, including the public sphere, where the ability to manage complexity and build alignment is of great importance.
As a consultant, I continue to support organisations across the public, cultural and business sectors. My focus remains the same: to build legitimacy around difficult decisions and to anchor change so that it becomes real — and lasting.
I specialise in untangling knots that are often left untouched.
By removing unnecessary complexity and getting to the core of the issue, I help organisations unlock their real potential. I do so with curiosity, courage and by leading all the way from insight to outcome.
My experience can be summarised in four areas:
- Negotiation and balance of interest in complex environments
- Strategic analysis and change management
- Organisational reform and governance
- Communication that builds trust around decisions
I began my professional journey at Egmont Kärnan AB, where I led large-scale transformation projects in product and brand strategy as well as supply chain management. There, I learned how to balance creative content with commercial strength — and how to drive change that truly endures over time.
These experiences laid the foundation for my next step, as CEO and Marketing Director of the Nordic Copyright Bureau, where I was responsible for leading international negotiations, reforming licensing models and implementing major organisational changes. This gave me a deep understanding of how business strategy, stakeholder management and international collaboration are interconnected.
When I later founded Diwin Consulting, I had the privilege of working with organisations across the public, cultural and business sectors — often in situations where previous attempts had failed. Through that work, I’ve deepened my conviction that real success depends on building genuine alignment and anchoring difficult decisions so they become reality.
